The Qi Falls is located on Shing Jea Island in Panjiang Peninsula.
The falls themselves are just a decorative element, but can be used as an orientational help in the Ritualist Tutorial-Quest "Find Ang the Ephemeral".

You can reach the falls from Tsumei Village or from the Ran Musu Gardens, by travelling through Kinya Province.
