Travel northwest from Sujun through the mountains until you reach Kinya Province. Once there, go a short distance southwest and you will find Lo Sha

<Player name>, you have performed very well so far. I believe you are ready to move on to your next lesson. Lo Sha, a fellow Mesmer instructor, is waiting for you in Kinya Province. Where Mesmer training is concerned, he is very accomplished; you can learn a lot from him. But he has a tendency toward bitterness, so try not to let it distract you.
Accept: "I'll look for Lo Sha in Kinya Province."
Decline: "I think I need a break."
Ask: "Lo Sha awaits you in Kinya Province. Tardiness will not improve his attitude."
