- How one should not use the template. - Y0_ich_halt 14:52, 18 May 2008 (UTC)

You weren't thinking of anybody in specific when you made this example, were you? :p — Teh Uber Pwnzer 06:21, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
who are you referring to? - Y0_ich_halt 14:44, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
Read the name you put in the example. — Teh Uber Pwnzer 18:56, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
it's "Da", not "Teh" ;)> - Y0_ich_halt 10:28, 20 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] open parameter

What about using a parameter which simply adds the content to the end of that template? poke | talk 15:11, 18 May 2008 (UTC)

looks ugly in code, and i just wanna do it a different way :P - Y0_ich_halt 15:15, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
given i do that, wouldn't the user have to use {{pipe}} all the time? or do pipes work as usual inside templates (in contrary to parser functions)? - Y0_ich_halt 15:20, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
You would have to use manual pipes whenever you want to use a pipe that is not parsed before the content is given to the template. For example you can use parser function within parameters without problem but the wiki markup for tables for example is parsed after it is given to the template, so you would need to put {{!}}s in. poke | talk 15:23, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
ah, ok. never knew how exactly that works ^^ - Y0_ich_halt 17:11, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
