Ebon Vanguard Scout is an NPC that provides you with a clue on where to start looking for Keiran Thackeray during the Hearts of the North chapter of Guild Wars Beyond.

- "Between you and me, I don't believe that Lieutenant Thackeray is dead. It's been too long since we've heard from him, but I haven't abandoned hope yet. We need to find him! I suggest we begin our search within Kryta. I know we'll find something there."
Notes[edit]
- He will only appear after having witnessed Dialogue 8 Hearts of the North dialogues, but will disappear after completing The Arrowhead.
