Greater Infestations appear in the Remains of Sahlahja challenge mission and look almost exactly like their Infestation cousins, albeit larger. They spawn randomly and do not attack the player. When they are killed, they give three points and place an Enchantment called Spirit Form on the player, which allows the Maddened Spirit foes to be hurt.
