Infestations appear in the Remains of Sahlahja challenge mission, and resemble Madness Titans. They spawn randomly and will not attack the player (even when attacked). They are worth one point when killed.

Unlike Greater Infestations, these do not give the Spirit Form Enchantment when killed.
