Hell on Earth Gaming was created in the summer of 2008. It is intended to be a laid-back guild dedicated to the fun and love of the game. We're not really harcore farmers of anything, we just play the game. We also have a heavy focus on helping other players. Everyone was a noob once, and everyone deserves a little help sometimes.
We enjoy everything, PvE or PvP. Our members are all more than willing to help each other with a quest or throw together a group for a random Alliance Battle, and the occasional Guild vs Guild.
Government
Hell on Earth Gaming has a fairly in-depth leadership structure. At the helm of the guild is the Guild Leader. The Guild Leader is also the Alliance Leader and as focuses most of his attention at the alliance. He is also responsible for funding the needs of the guild and the alliance. Following the Guild Leader is two (2) Co-Leaders. The Co-Leaders have been hand picked by the Guild Leader and are held to rather high expectations. Co-Leaders are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the guild. They are the ones who are out there, helping out our members and finding those members that have what it takes to be an HoE Officer. Working under the Co-Leaders are 3 Senior Officers. Senior officers are the ones who set the example in the guild. They are to the model of behavior for the guild and are expected to keep the members in line and keep the pressure on the officers to keep up on their duties. Senior Officer is the officer is the lowest level of leadership that has authorization to kick people, but it must be with good cause. The remainder of the officer spots are occupied by regular officers. The main duty of an officer is to recruit. HoE is always looking to expand and improve, and our officer structure is design to reflect that. Officers are expected to fulfill their duties to the best of their ability, and are rewarded accordingly.
Our officers are either handpicked by the guild leaders or have made a significant donation to the guild, so officership in this guild is based upon trust and respect. Officers are entrusted by the guild leaders with their duties and are expected to show the leaders respect in return. Officers that can not comply will be asked to resign from their position and/or removed from the guild.
Recruitment
Hell on Earth Gaming is currently running at around half capacity, so we're always more than willing to take eager new members. Players that participate in both PvE and PvP are preferred, but we'll take anyone willing to join. To join, one need only to contact one of our officers in game or visit our website.
