Alright, after a lot of deliberation, I've decided to accept this nomination (besides, who am I to refuse a nomination by Tanaric?). I'm not (and this is gonna come as a big shock to some of you) gonna write a long candidate statement about what I think needs to change, or what I think this wiki lacks, or anything like that. Instead, I'm gonna try to confine myself to my suitability for the position.

Without sounding too arrogant, my best estimation of myself is that I'm generally level-headed, well-written, and rational. As with any person, that doesn't always hold true, and I'll be the first to admit that I'm far from perfect, but... well... take from it what you will. I've been involved in Wikis for a few years now, including GuildWiki, PvXwiki (where I'm currently a Bureaucrat), and this Wiki. My role on GuildWiki was primarily constrained to the builds section, and I had little/no impact on the other sections of the Wiki. On PvXwiki, which I helped to found, my role has primarily been managerial/janitorial, and I've played a large role in determining the site's policies. On GWW, I've constrained myself largely to the policy arena, where I've spent the majority of my time attempting to affect change in the subset of policies which I felt needed to change (particularly the current ADMIN policy).

For anyone who's not yet aware of my attitudes towards Wikis, I tend to favor a meritocratic oligarchy and I support administrative discretion. My recent RfA and my previous RfBs should give you more insight into my ideas (probably more than you ever wanted to know). Additionally, the links on my User Page will probably give you an idea of some of my other ideas about how Wikis should be run. This may help as well.
