King Sahlajar the Dead is a spirit forced to serve Palawa Joko. He was once the king of a land situated in the southern part of what is now the Desolation. When Palawa invaded, he chose to surrender, but was tricked by the treacherous Palawa. His spirit lingers in the remains of his once great city - Sahlahja.

Dialogue

"The shock of running a kingdom was more than I could handle. The Gray Giants were moving in from the north and my people were soon to feel the brunt of their attack. In a moment of weakness I made a deal with Palawa Joko. It is why I am here, for eternity."
