There have been recent updates and ANet has been slightly more aggressive in their release schedule over the last 4-5 months. December: HotN concludes (plus Wintersday changes). February: Dervish overhaul. March: new features and supersized features. Not too shabby considering that the only thing we have to pay for are the optional Mercenaries.

The last time ANet suggested an overall release schedule, they said they were going to try to reduce the number of updates so that they could focus on substantive changes, instead of getting caught up in testing lots of little things. Near as I can tell from the actual releases over the last two years, they have managed to stick to that; arguably, in the last 5 months, they have exceeded the expectations they set.  — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 17:16, 14 April 2011 (UTC)

HD Monitor?

What exactly is meant by an HD monitor being required? I use mine at 1920*1080. Does that count? (I don't actually see any difference when the high-res textures are on.) Cynique 03:35, 29 April 2011 (UTC)

A change I can't find in the update notes?

Ever since the first or second update of the 28th of April 2011, the login option to remember my login info (email and IGN) is turned on. Even if I turn it off, next time I log on the option is automatically checked again! Am I the only one? I know it did not use to be like that Disconnect 22:27, 29 April 2011 (UTC)

Never mind, the May the 5th update notes say it's fixed (haven't tried it yet). At least I'm not crazy Disconnect 09:26, 6 May 2011 (UTC)
