Turning in a Turai's Story [Authorized] in to Archivist of Whispers [Scribe] in Lion's Arch, Kaineng Center, or Kamadan.

Dye affects the two gem-like insets both above and below the handle.
Notes[edit]
- This item cannot be salvaged for materials and cannot be sold to a merchant. Weapon modifications added to the weapon can be salvaged off as normal.
