Some friends of mine picked up Guild Wars, so I gave it a shot. Its change-friendly atmosphere and lack of a monthly payment have kept me playing. I rolled a Monk as my first character fully expecting to be using Kung-Fu techniques and I was dismayed when this was not the case.
