The Only Warrior is the avatar of the god The Only Warrior. It can be summoned by kneeling at any statue of Madness while the world does not have the Favor of the Gods. It can transport an experienced player('s) to Sanctuary in exchange for an offering to its patron god. In explorable areas each player may - in exchange for some gold - receive a Curse of Madness from the Avatar.
Dialogue[edit]
"People seek The Only Warrior for many reasons. Do you dedicate this offering to one in particular?"
- "Do you seek to serve the God of Madness? The challenges you shall face are far greater than any you have experienced...anywhere!"
- "It is recommended you enter alone. Do you still wish to enter The Only Warrior's realm with your current group?"

- The Only Warrior can sometimes be seen wearing this disguise, walking amongst the mortal realm.
- The Offering in question is 5 platinum for Females, 10 Platinum for Males, and 20 Platinum for Male's pretending to be Females.
- While under the effects of an Madness Tonic you will use this as a disguise.
