You have two sysops and a user (me) against you in adding the game suggestions. Wouldn't you get the clue by now to stop that? You think you know what everyone wants. Isn't it obvious that there are others speaking against you that also make up the community? Please, it's childish.

The Game Suggestions has a link in the Feedback Portal. There is no REASON to add it to the main page. None at all, unless you want people to make fools of themselves. They are to read the rules, before making an account and making suggestions. If having a link going direct to the Game suggestions... would actually serve no 'Purpose' to have rules as there's no good sense to add the 'rules' to the game suggestions, when they should have been READ before entering the game Suggestions. I did such and so did many of the others. ♥ Ariyen ♀ 07:55, 22 September 2009 (UTC)

just agree with wyn more plz. stop and think for your self for a moment. one you cant post on the page with out becoming a user of the feed back name space. and 2 the rules are not even on that page it just directs you to the exact same as the suggestions page dose.--User Zesbeer sig.png Zesbeer 07:57, 22 September 2009 (UTC)
"You have two sysops and a user (me) against you"
Just wanna make it clear, a sysop does not have an extra word in any discussion -- they are to be treated as regular contributors C4K3 User C4K3 Signature.jpg Talk 12:10, 22 September 2009 (UTC)
i know this i dont think ariyen dose.--User Zesbeer sig.png Zesbeer 21:46, 22 September 2009 (UTC)
I understand that a sysop doesn't have extra word, I'm pointing out that three against one, does not give that one the right to still think he needs to add game suggestions aka reverting pages far more than necessary. ♥ Ariyen ♀ 22:15, 22 September 2009 (UTC)

Zesbeer, please act like a responsible adult and you won't have people talking 'down' to you. ♥ Ariyen ♀ 22:15, 22 September 2009 (UTC)

care about the internet more please and i do act responsible please listen to reason and logic. instead of just auto agreeing with wyn also i have at least 4 other people who agree with me. i can get them to respond but i don't care enough anymore.--User Zesbeer sig.png Zesbeer 22:45, 22 September 2009 (UTC)

And I have eight or so. So? They're not on the wiki, the people ON this community is what I'm talking about. Not your Friends, nor those that you're in the guild with, etc. Not them. Not unless they're actually participating. Now if you want to be a puppet for them, great, but realize that being the 'voice' of others isn't going to help here. You are only standing for you on this wiki as far as I'm concerned. Not One voice would help your friends, etc. When you get out in the real world and face situations similar at work, etc. (I have) you would learn that it doesn't really get you much anywhere in certain points in life.

There's times for one to speak for the many, and other times for many to speak for themselves ♥ Ariyen ♀ 03:13, 23 September 2009 (UTC)

all i see is a wall of text that i dont care about. plz care more about the internet. guild wars wiki is srus buznus -User Zesbeer sig.png Zesbeer 04:52, 23 September 2009 (UTC)

grind tastic mechanics?

"wow may be a "good game" but its pvp is a joke"
Agreed. However, I point you at Guild Wars PvP. Is it any less of a joke? No, they're both pretty fucking terrible.

"because of the games Grind tastic mechanics"
No, WoW PvP is not a joke because of the grind, it is a joke because of its poor design and lack of competition. WoW PvP is separated into three game types - world pvp, where you fight random people out in PvE lands, battlegrounds, which is a fancy word for "alliance battles," and arenas, which are 2v2, 3v3 or 5v5 TA matches. World PvP is obviously bad, because world PvP is a joke by definition. Alliance battles are obviously also a joke; just look at Guild Wars. 12 people running around with PvE builds like chickens with their heads cut off is never going to equal a fun game type. Lastly, arenas are okay, but they're nothing special - they were on the lower end of Guild Wars PvP (note the use of "were").
Also, I point you to the grind that is called Guild Wars PvP. Have you ever done Heroes' Ascent? What do you have to do to get into groups there? Grind. What do you have to do in GvG, as a guild, to get up to the top of the ladder? Grind. What do you have to do in RA to get a high glad title? Grind. You must be playing an entirely different Guild Wars than I am if you think it has no grind.

"as were in gw you can go in right away and be on an even playing field as some one who as played scene the game came out"
Uh, what actually happens is you go in right away and get your ass kicked because the guy you're playing has 4 years of experience on you.

"(gear wise) i mean you have to grind for ever to get good enough armor or even be at a level were you can pvp in wow."
Yeah, it takes all of a month to get to level 80, and you can do battlegrounds starting at 50. I doubt you played GW PvE for less than a month before doing any serious PvP, so I don't see what you're bitching about.

"forgive me if i am wrong about that but that's what i have hurd from friends"
You are forgiven, since you've been wrong about pretty much everything except the first line.

"there is no way i am going to get wow with a $15 a month fee"
I would suggest having a job. Once you have one of these job things, $15 a month is nothing. That aside, compare WoW's monthly fee to... well, anything else, really. You could buy an xbox 360 for hundreds of dollars, and let's say you buy a new game every month (which is actually kind of slow, I generally burn through console games faster than that) at $50-60 apiece. Very few console games have much replay value, and you're still burning a lot of cash on other games even if you do manage to find the two or three games that are good. Ignoring the costs of additional controllers ($30+ each), batteries for said additional controllers ($5/month if not more), costs of additional controllers for games that don't use the standard one (i.e., rock band, which was $200 last I checked), that's still more than it costs to play WoW. Add on all that crap I just mentioned and you're spending way more than you would to play WoW. Aside from that, calculate how much you've spend on Guild Wars. $50 per campaign, $30 for grind of the north, $10 or so for the bonus mission pack, $10 per character slot, $15 for any possible name/hair/face changes... that's a lot of money. You could play WoW for months on that. However, look at how much actual content ANet has added post-nightfall. Absolutely nothing. Like I said already, you get what you pay for - WoW has raids added or revamped every 1-2 months (and not like ANet's empty promises that they're going to do anything - the WoW raids actually come out). Guild Wars has jack shit. It's up to you which one you want to swear by.

"let alone they are also using gws model of chapters but they are calling them expansions"
...............................................................................................
What the fuck? You think Blizzard is copying ArenaNet? That's ridiculous. Expansions have been a part of blizzard games since WC2. WC2 expansion came out in 1996. Starcraft expansion came out in 1998. Diablo 2 expansion came in 2001. Warcraft 3 expansion came out in 2003. WoW came out in 2004. Guild Wars came out in 2005. You're saying that because they add expansions to WoW that they're copying ANet? Seriously? Like... really? I don't even know how to respond to that.

"that you have to pay for mind you."
Oh, I forgot that you got Guild Wars expansions for free. My bad. I definitely didn't spend $50 for each one when they came out. -Auron 00:50, 30 September 2009 (UTC)

...but reading this might be helpful. I figured it would be, after reading Salome's election talk page, where your comments, albeit shorter, are actually much more difficult to read than even Salome's massive wall of text. While Shard's text is not very praising, he makes good points on how to improve the readability of your contributions. WhyUser talk:Why 13:50, 22 October 2009 (UTC)

Mursaat2

Please do explain what exactly was so wrong about my last edit, for example. I'd love to hear it. --Kyoshi (Talk) User Kyoshi sig.png 05:00, 22 January 2010 (UTC)

i already explained it in my last post. nm u want ur last post i presume and i find nothing wrong with it. dude i only call people out when they do shit like want to brake page guide lines like u were pushing for earlier with punting the mursaats monster info at the top of the page ect. its nothing personal and u have looked way to far into this then u need to u need to calm down if u haven't noticed i didnt post something on ur page because i am not trying to argue with u.- User Zesbeer sig.png Zesbeer 08:17, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
I was actually referring to the post before the latest grammar fix. The one where I cleaned up the header text and moved a piece of lore to the Notes section.
To be honest, I don't know where you're finding these guidelines you're talking about. There appear to be no formatting guidelines for races. If such guidelines do exist, I would appreciate a link. I didn't argue solely for putting the monster info at the top of the page, it was that or shortening the lore, and I'm leaning towards the second at the moment.
Regardless of whether you're trying to argue, your comments seem to be provoking. You commented twice on the talk page (before I even got around to commenting myself) after I made a single minor edit:
  • "what kyoshi edited detracted from the article imho. and was not what u were talking about. the note about the seers needs to stay seeing as it is a true fact and i am rather sure there are cut seens to back that up" - I didn't remove the note. I put it in the Notes section.
  • "i <3 u konig... it sounds like ur doing the right edit were as kyoshi just made it worse. i was going to revert kyoshi's and make some of his changes but i knew u were editing it." - The only evidence you gave for my edit making it worse is the accusation that I removed the lore, which I didn't.
and both of those comments could be summed up with the words "Kyoshi did it wrong". If you're not trying to start arguments, then tone down the blame game, because you're giving me the impression that you're a troll I've been feeding. --Kyoshi (Talk) User Kyoshi sig.png 16:45, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
QQ more plz- User Zesbeer sig.png Zesbeer 03:38, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
I'd appreciate it if you didn't offer to explain your view and respond to a question with "QQ more plz". Makes you look even more like a troll (one without answers) and doesn't really get either of us anywhere. --Kyoshi (Talk) User Kyoshi sig.png 06:30, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
dude explained why in thous posts if u cant understand that then that's ur problem. also i posted that stuff way after any edits u made. i am done arguing about this and any further comments about it on my talk page will be archived along with this conversation witch i will be archiving in 2 days or if i see u make another edit on the wiki cuz at that point i will have assumed u have read it.- User Zesbeer sig.png Zesbeer 22:41, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
You shouldn't offer to explain if you intend to just tell me off later. Or, as the case may be, you shouldn't tell me off just because you can't explain after you offered to. I suppose only you know which situation it is. --Kyoshi (Talk) User Kyoshi sig.png 07:37, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
