Add a BUZZ button

Add a buzz button so we can get the attention of an individual. This would be accompanied by an option to disable being buzzed in the event of a stalker.

Why this is a good idea

Many times, Im sent messages, but in the midst of battle, you just dont see them. Currently, we use an IM to get someones attention. A simple buzz button would help.

Why it may not work out

None. You can igonre someone abusing it or turn off buzzing.
