Keep Click-to-move!
Removal of Click-to-Move is something I would see as a detriment to gameplay for a great many people (including me). In City of Heroes, there is an option to disable click-to-move if the player doesn't want it.
I know that, for me, if Click-to-Move is not included in Guild Wars 2, it's a game I won't be able to play. Many of us are simply not coordinated enough - whether it's due to simply not being fast enough or through medical conditions which make using only the keyboard difficult - to play without click-to-move.
Please leave it in!
