Sandman and Fanatic (Discussion)

Sandman

  • A man who controls enemies by sleep, daze, blind and hexes which cause fear and pain.
  • Armor:+3 pips of regen and -30hp,60 AR
  • Weapons:Caster's weapons.
  • Attributes:
    • Dreams:(Primary)Everytime your hex ends ,you gain energy every 3 ranks in Dreams.
    • Hypnosis:No inherent effect.Many Sandman skills,especially spells,that gives true nightmares to foe ,become more effective.
    • Pain Magic:No inherent effect.This magic speciallises in dealing damage to foes and interrupts them.
    • Fear Magic:No inherent effect.This magic speciallises in preventing attacking or casting spells ,by foe.
  • Examples of skills:
    • Dreams:Ego.Elite enchantment spell.Duration 12-45 seconds.Everytime are you attacked and foe misses you lose 50-10 health and gain 0-2 energy.Cost:10 energy.Cast Time:1/4 second.Recharge:60 seconds.
    • Hypnosis:Remember Yesterday.Elite hex spell.Duration 5-10 seconds.Target foe suffers from Sleep.When ,that hex ends,target foe suffers from Exhaustion.Cost:15 energy.Cast Time 3 seconds.Recharge:5 Seconds.
    • Pain Magic:Heartbreaker.Elite hex spell.Duration 30-5 seconds.Duration 20-5 seconds.Target foe attacks 33% faster.When ,this hex ends ,target foe is interrupted and suffers from Deep Wound for 20 seconds.Cost:10 energy.Cast Time:1 second.Recharge:15 seconds.
    • Fear Magic:Blood!.Elite hex spell.Duration 5-15 seconds.Target foe casts spells and attacks 33% slower.That hex is renewed ,whenever target starts or ends suffering from Bleeding.Cost:10 energy.Cast Time:1/2 second.Recharge:45 seconds.

Why it may not work out
  •  Need new condition "Sleep".
  •  Very mesmer-like.

Fanatic

  • Unlike dervish ,he is wild warrior ,but faith leads his bloody way.
  • Armor:+50hp ,+5 energy ,+1 pip of ene regen ,60 AR (many skills ,that give you armor.
  • Weapon:Any,need your primary attribute.
  • Attributes:
    • Brutality:(Primary)Every rank you gain rank in weapon's attribute ,you are wielding.
    • Bloodlust:No inherent effect.Many Fanatic skills ,especially shouts and stances ,that increase your damage and attack speed ,become more effective
    • Faith:No inherent effect.Many Fanatic skills ,especially weapon spells ,that heals you and increase your armor ,become more effective.
  • Examples of skills:
    • Brutality:Double Wielded.Elite skill.For 15-225 seconds you are wieldnig two same weapons.You deal with each of them 90%-40% lesser ,basic damage.Cost:5 adrenaline strikes.Recharge:60 seconds.
    • Bloodlust:"Kill'em All!".Elite shout.For 10 seconds you attack and move 33% faster.Increased critical hit chance by 10%-50%.Cost:6 adrenaline strikes.Recharge:4 seconds.
    • Faith:Dwayna's Weapon.Elite weapon spell.For 20 seconds you have Dwayna's Weapon.You have +5-25 AR and 50-260 health.Cost:5 energy.Cast Time:1/4 second.Recharge:20 seconds.
Why this is a good idea
  •  Blood.
  •  Dual Attacks are no longer assassin's.
