- Please allow scaling to reward for 15+ specialization.

Issue
- The last couple of changes were beneficial to PvP gameplay but have severely crippled the efficiency of Ritualist healers in PvE. The skill used to be a key spell when playing in elite areas but now both cripples you when carrying the ashes (the armor bonus is negligable compared to equipment bonuses) as well as takes too long to recharge to be used often enough in the midst of battle.
Suggestion
- Split the skill and revert the PvE variant to one of its previous states.
