Celestial skill
From Guild Wars Wiki
Celestial skills are given to player characters and henchmen in the Imperial Sanctum mission, Raisu Palace mission and explorable area. They are acquired by talking to the dragon Kuunavang. They recharge only from morale boosts. The skill differs between primary professions.
