Celestial skill
From Guild Wars Wiki
Celestial skills are given to the player in the Raisu Palace and the Imperial Sanctum missions. They are acquired by talking to the dragon Kuunavang. They recharge only from morale boosts, which are frequent in both missions. They are probably the strongest skills in the game. The skill differs between professions.
