The Golden Hammer can be found:

Eye of the North

• Depths of Tyria - dungeon reward chest
  • Shards of Orr
    • Fendi's Chest

Dye affects the entire hammer. The hammer's head and butt will dye to the color specified while the haft will dye slightly darker. The default color can be closely replicated using brown dye.
