Idols are necromancer foci with several skins.
- Idol (hand), available for Blood Magic and used for the PvP version in the PvP Equipment panel.
- Idol (knife), available for Blood Magic
- Idol (gorgon), available for Curses and less often found than its namesakes.

There are also other idols with more specific names:
- Bone Idol, the generic version for Soul Reaping whose skin is also used for the basic PvP focus of this attribute.
- Bone Idol (pre-order item), this focus can only be obtained with certain account features. Its available for every necromancer secondary attribute.
- Hallowed Idol, a monk focus for Smiting Prayers whose skin is also used for the basic PvP focus of this attribute.
- Plague Idol, a Factions trophy that can be obtained from Am Fah.
