Runes of Spear Mastery are runes that provide an attribute bonus to Spear Mastery. These runes are only usable by primary paragons.
- A Paragon Rune of Minor Spear Mastery provides a bonus of +1 Spear Mastery.
- A Paragon Rune of Major Spear Mastery provides a bonus of +2 Spear Mastery and a penalty of -35 health.
- A Paragon Rune of Superior Spear Mastery provides a bonus of +3 Spear Mastery and a penalty of -75 health.
The Spear Mastery bonus is non-stacking, but the health penalty stacks.
