Scuttle Fish can be found roaming the surface of The Jade Sea in groups with Creeping Carp and Irukandji. There are two Scuttle Fish skins, most Scuttle Fish look like Blessed Mantas, however the Scuttle Fish in the southern part of Rhea's Crater have glowing lines on them like Scourge Mantas.
