The Slayer is a creature sent by the demons to slay the Reaper of the Twin Serpent Mountains. It resembles a Hellhound and it is not confirmed whether it is undead or demon.

• The Slayer actually attacks with two pairs of Keepers of Souls. As the Slayer runs very fast, however, the party will encounter it long before the Keepers arrive. This is useful for avoiding the Keepers' Lingering Curse.
• The Slayer inflicts disease to its melee attackers.
• Despite the name of the associated quest, the Slayer is a Warrior, not an Assassin.
