Globs of Ectoplasm are highly valued pieces of material, due to their rarity, and to the fact that they are used, along with Obsidian Shards, to craft Obsidian armor. They are often used as substitute currency for transactions exceeding 100 .

  • Armor crafted with globs of ectoplasm.

• Since a player can only hold a maximum of 100 at any one time, these have become a sort of additional currency, to facilitate trades or transfers of over 100. For example, something worth 100k + 20e would be worth 100 plus 20 globs of ectoplasm. This derived system of trading proved very useful in the trading of very rare (and thus very expensive) weapons or minipets.
