Uhmm, can someone let me know if I can do this on a NIGHTFALL character??? I go up to this guy, but no Exclamation point. If it's for factions only characters, it should be specified on the page, thank you.--Rella 03:26, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

If you haven't done Terror in Tyria yet you should be able to take it, unless it was changed in some update of course. If you are sure you can't acess Lion's Arch yet and can't take the quest you could put that on the page yourself. Etienne 13:09, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

My level 15 Paragon also can't obtain this quest. I get the window informing me to talk to the NPC to get the quest, but when I try to talk to Chienpo, there's no quest. She's only up to Diggings in Nightfall, and hasn't been ferried to LA from Nightfall. My Dervish was able to do this quest about a year ago, so I'm thinking that it's a bug with an update.
