Yeah, the portal is the blue part, I guess. I would call it a mini scrying pool staff or something, though you wave it around a lot so you'll need some magic on the water ;). This isn't my favorite skin, but it's in the upper half or more, plus the last like five decent staves I've found have been these, so I'm usin' em a lot :). --Star Weaver 21:08, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
