• Asterius the Mighty spawns in the green areas of the southwest quarter of the map.

• Dazehl Brainfreezer does not spawn immediately; instead, he "pops up" after all the other Ice Imps west of Olafstead have been killed.
• You can earn over 4000 Norn reputation points in Normal Mode if you start the quest The Path to Revelations, clear Varajar Fells while saving the 6 Facets (all six of them are bosses) for last. To repeat this, simply abandon the quest after you've killed the last Facet and start over.
• You have to kill around 476-526 foes in Hard Mode in order to vanquish this area.
• The skeletons surrounded by Crypt Slashers in the eastern section of the map turn hostile when you approach them.
