Runes of Vigor are runes that provide a health bonus. These runes can be used by characters of any profession.
- A Rune of Minor Vigor provides a bonus of +30 health.
- A Rune of Major Vigor provides a bonus of +41 health.
- A Rune of Superior Vigor provides a bonus of +50 health.
The health bonus does not stack.

- A Rune of Minor Vigor can be acquired in the Nightfall quest Missing Shipment (this quest reward cannot be sold to the rune trader).
- Combining Minor, Major, and Superior across different pieces of armor is still considered stacking. I.e. Only the highest one will take effect.
