Notes

• This is the only skill that prevents touch skills; however, it does not work against Touch of Dhuum nor Smash of the Titans.
• This skill will not prevent friendly touch skills and does not count them toward ending the shout's effect.

Anomaly.Unlike most shouts, "Can't Touch This!" ends if it's reapplied before it expires, triggering the effects of echoes.

Bug."Can't Touch This!" is applied to party members only.
