  • Based on events in Hearts of the North (and other sources), some believe that the sniper is Keiran Thackeray and that the icon is a small portrait of him.
• When you successfully inflict the additional damage, one of a number of quotes appears in the chat window. Each is a reference to a movie, a game, and/or the Bible:
  • "Snap! Headshot!" is a reference to "Boom Headshot!!," a common phrase in many first person shooter games.
  • "One arrow one kill," is a reference to "One shot, one kill," a phrase made popular in films that include snipers as important characters.
  • "Balthazar bless my strength, teach my hands to war, and my fingers to fight," is a reference to the 144th Psalm in the Bible, which includes the phrase, "Blessed be the Lord, my strength, who teacheth my hands to war and my fingers to fight." Notably, the movie Saving Private Ryan includes a sniper who recites similar lines.
