PvE Based Mini Games[edit]

A new NPC was placed in Embark Beach, who was a Ranger in Norn armor, dyed green, with an eye patch (nightfall), and the braided hair style with a feather in it (prophecies), who was pale white with skull face paint on. His name was IL The Man IL(Mini Games). He was standing next to an NPC named Kain Dangelo (Mini Game Rewards), Also a Ranger, but he was white with a tan, had a beard and the ranger Conan the barbarian hair style (both from prophecies) in ranger Krytan armor dyed blue. when you type IL in game it's similar to quotation marks.

when speaking to IL The Man IL (Mini Games) he would say "Want to play a game?!" and give you the following choices

  • Boss Rush* (leads to new window)
  • Out Run* (leads to new window)
  • Mini Game Reward points*
  • They both sound boring. Take Care Dude (ends interaction with NPC)

Boss Rush[edit]

  • formal known as "The Boss Fighting tournament" suggested by Joe K.
  • CONCEPT: be able to fight all bosses in game at once, in one area, that your character & any player in your party has defeated.
  • Requirements:
    • in order to lay this mini game you must first be have a level 20 PvE character have defeated at least 5 Bosses, and completed
  • window Layout
    • when you select this option from IL The Man IL, you are given a similar window to a rune trader's window on which you can unlock certain items for certain profession. All those items are replaced with Boss Names & what level they are separated and organized by profession. Before the Bosses name there is a toggle box. This is the window in which you can choose which bosses you fight in the mini game. There is an "ALL BOSSES" at the top this will select all bosses your character has defeated. If there is a boss that you haven't defeated the name will not be toggible. If someone on your party has not defeated a boss but you have it will be red, this boss will not appear in the mini game. there will be an 11th option to include boss like creatures as well.
    • after you have selected which Bosses you wish to fight you select which Mode you wish to play in (by pressing the "Next" button in the bottom right corner of the selection menu. The Modes are as follows
      • 1v1: you will not be able to take players or Heros with you, it'll be you VS 1 random Boss that you have defeated. Bosses spawn 10 seconds after one is defeated
      • Teams: you will be able to take up to 7 players or heros with you and you'll face up to 8 bosses at once. Bosses spawn 10 seconds after one is defeated
      • Survivor Mode 1v1: similar to regular 1v1 except bosses spawn as quickly as players defeate one.
      • Survivor Mode Teams: similar to regular teams except bosses spawn as quickly as players defeated one (up to 8)

a "PLAY" button will be in the bottom right corner. This Mini game takes place in the Imperial Guild Hall Arena, players spawn in red base, bosses in blue.

Notes 1: Players choose whether this game is played in Normal or Hard modes the usual way. 2: Bosses defeated here do not count towards Zaishen Bounty quests 3: Bosses do not drop anything. 4: to prevent afking a boss like (such as shiro) will spawn. if this occurs it will only happen when there are no other bosses in the game or all of them will automatically die), if they have an Area effect it will activate. If they have location requirements such as shiros "Echo Banishment" in which he teleports you away, his spirits would be placed in the blue base and would send the player to blue base. Boss like creatures that require you to attack something before you can attack them would have that coded out. All Boss like creatures that have area specific requirements would have their features coded into the map as temporary additions that are only there while the boss like creature is alive. 5: a game ends when all bosses & boss like creatures are defeated or if the party is wiped out.

"Survival Mini Game"[edit]

Working mini game Title: Out Run Concept: Endless waves of everything you can attack in guild wars. waves would consist of 25-50(Normal Mode) & 75-150(Hard Mode) attackable npcs. Requirements: Level 20 pve character. To Start:

  • Talk to IL The Man IL and select "Out Run".
  • The First and only window a player will have is selecting any town/city/outpost in the game to play from.
  • to play game a player clicks the "Play Button" in the bottom right corner

Notes:

  • Unlike Boss Rush there is no team restriction other than 8 player or hero limit.
  • Bosses & Boss like creatures can spawn in the mix, if this happens less creatures will spawn.
  • players & heros are restricted to the town/city/outpost and attackable npcs walk into the town through the portals

PvE Reward Points[edit]

PvE reward points are points for killing attackable NPCS. These point are located on the factions tab and can be exchanged to Kain Dangelo for a reward, the rarer ones would require an insane amount of points to obtain one.

  • Formula for earning points

Non Boss NPCS: Their level x1 (you still get a point for killing level zeros) Boss NPCS: their level x10 Boss Like NPCS: Their level x20
