- "In a short time, the Mad King will arrive. His return to the city of Lion's Arch is a blessing to these lands and must be celebrated. The creatures known as Grawl, however, have chosen not to celebrate the Mad King's return, and for this they must be punished! Bring me 2 Ornate Grawl Necklaces as proof that you have dispatched these beasts. I will give you this in return:"
