Necromancer Skorzena is located in Watchtower Coast, near the beach north of Beetletun. Skorzena and her Elite Guards will start fighting the group of Daltain Guards as you approach. Once they have been dealt with, talk to her and she will give you the garlic.

- "I see the endless icy void of Grenth's touch in your eyes stranger. It probably won't surprise you to learn that I too serve the god of death.
