The Stone Carving is a trophy dropped by stone guardians in the Echovald Forest.

Stone Carvings drop in the Echovald Forest in these areas:

Arborstone (explorable area) - heading left as you enter, 3 of the 4 bosses can be found relatively close to each other and have no other foes nearby. See the Notes section for how to spawn additional stone guardians.
Arborstone Mission
Morostav Trail - travel west along the south wall from Durheim Archives to find 3 groups of stone pillars that will collapse to reveal Stone elementals once you are within their area. This run takes 5 - 15 mins, depending on strategy, and encounters 12 Stone elementals. Killing all enemies along the route, including the boss and his group found directly next to the last group of Stone elementals nets 900 - 1000 faction per run.
