Talk:Demonic Horns

Sooo beastly! Probably best hat accept pumpkin.

You forgot to sign (four ~'s), you've misspelled "except", and your sentence is actually a very incomplete sentence fragment with a few words missing. Grammar aside, I personally dislike these horns. --'Mai Yi' talk 13:38, 1 January 2011 (UTC)
They're too big.. But I wear them on my ranger and para ^^ for my char's lore :D --Dragon7 cape emblem.pngThe Holy Dragons 13:54, 1 January 2011 (UTC)
Too big or not, they're better than either of last year's offerings, and they look killer on my necros (especially my dark-skinned Istani, since it blends in so organically). Kruhljak 11:24, 3 January 2011 (UTC)

Wearing them while riding a siege devourer is quite silly lol, random floating orbs124.191.57.178 08:09, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

Tonics[edit]

i noticed a glitch when having an elf tonic on...the horns wont show but itll still glow Ganon 08:24, 1 January 2011 (UTC)

seems you have to: 1) use tonic 2) reequip horns Ganon 08:41, 1 January 2011 (UTC)

I applaud you Arena Net[edit]

It has been almost 2 years since a GOOD hat has been released. Thank-you.

Horns[edit]

I find these funny, having lived in Spain. Putting horns on your head has that special meaning. xD 85.19.140.9 18:27, 1 January 2011 (UTC)

Putting horns on your head, be it "demon horns" or "antlers" have special meanings in all cultures, later for instance signify being cheated on by your spouse in Russia and some other former USSR states. Not to mention obvious feeling of horniness suddenly experienced by everyone. Biz 18:51, 1 January 2011 (UTC)
Yes. In Italy too ("cornuto") and other countries as well, same meaning. A bit of a laugh for those who get it. :P 85.19.140.9 19:19, 1 January 2011 (UTC)
Same thing is most (if not all) Latin American countries ("cornudo"). It's kind of funny to have your char running around in those. Roivas 04:13, 2 January 2011 (UTC)

Fable[edit]

I'm so happy that I can look like the evil protagonist from Fable! Or I can throw on the halo and look like the good protagonist from Fable! :D --Riddle 20:41, 1 January 2011 (UTC)

yeah and the halo reminds me of fable 2 low gamma good protagonist I honestly can't wait to get these!Ampkingomega 21:23, 1 January 2011 (UTC)
Isn't the halo in Fable 1 too? Kozume 17:21, 3 August 2011 (UTC)

Horns on my graphic display[edit]

User Ralmon Horns-smoke.jpg

Looking at the history of the main article, someone had mentioned smoke appearing. I think I have a similar issue with the horn on my current graphics adapter.

Most of the time, the horns are not even visible. When Grenth killed me during the finale, the smoke disappeared, but also the glowing. No tonics or any special mods involved.

Granted, I play in a rather low-level hardware situation, so I'm not too concerned. For now, I'm keeping my head in the clouds :p --Ralmon the Gen-- 01:06, 2 January 2011 (UTC)

These probley have the most detailed animation of all the hats so far, you can see ash/embers falling and raising from the base of the horns and little steam wavey ripples as well in the glow. - 74.171.163.219 06:09, 2 January 2011 (UTC)

headbutt?[edit]

Who else thinks that when you have these equipped that headbutt's damage should change to piercing and inflict Deep wound? (just kidding!)--Yozuk 08:11, 2 January 2011 (UTC)

Nah, Bull's Charge and Bull's Strike. :) Guildwarsrunner 05:54, 4 January 2011 (UTC)
