Victory Token Rewards collectors

He is already here (after the end of boardwalk games), but he offers the previous year Imperial Dragon Mask. This is with version Gw 31,118 before the today's update. I'm almost sure that he will give the last mask after the update. --91.78.119.241 19:12, 5 July 2010 (UTC)

Pretty Nice

This is actually a pretty nice thing. having an NPC selling mask from previous years. im looking forward to collecting some victory tokens for this. Makes me wonder if theres gonna be an NPC doing the same thing for halloween and christmas. That's not how it's going to work. Feedback:Game updates/20120621 states: "Imperial Supply Master Kagno now exchanges Imperial Mask Tokens for festival masks from years past." Also see https://forum.guildwars.com/forum/forums/news/June-21-2012-Update-Notes/page/1#post11864. He's not going to be trading hats for Victory Tokens, but for an Imperial Mask Token, which is a reward for a Dragon Festival quest that can be completed once per account each year. So you can only receive one, not all, past Dragon Festival hats or the Day of the Tengu hat during Dragon Festival 2012. --Silver Edge 04:08, 26 June 2012 (UTC)

Can, its just going to take several years. Looks like there is going to be something similar for other festivals. Wonder what we'll have to collect since Halloween and Wintersday normally free for just being there. Ramei Arashi

oh i know man i just meant you werent gonna be able to get them all in one go. if they do something like that for halloween and christmas that be great. id really love to get my hands on the goggles couple of halloween events back. hell i think alot of players would like something like this to happen as i read in the forums and other wiki pages lots of players dumped there masks and hats cause at the time there was no festival hat maker(s) to remember what they had and they needed the room for stuff and junk. also i see someone updated the page thats good. ----torqueblue 06:23:47 (UTC) 6/29/2012
