wth? a skin only dropped during a quest?[edit]

- I'm pretty sure you can get this from any old outcast, not just the ones in the quest. And I'm also pretty sure I got one from a locked chest in Gyala Hatchery explorable. --98.196.19.143 04:41, 24 October 2008 (UTC)
