Dhuum's Elite are very powerful mobs that can easily wipe out all party if it isn't prepared. There are 10 types of Dhuum's Elite, each representing 1 profession, but all of them have only monster skills. However, this can also be used to your own benefit, because skills like Inspired Enchantment Inspired Enchantment or Revealed Hex Revealed Hex recharge instantly on use.

There are 10 types of Dhuum's Elite, each having 5 more different skills that represent "their profession". Well, they actually have no professions, because they use only monster skills, but who cares ;).
