If you have some trouble to safely pull foes, switch Cry of Pain for Mindbender, that you'll cast just before aggro.

Description[edit]
Run[edit]
Run to Adept of Whispers avoiding ennemies. You'll have a pit in front of you. Just on the left, downhill, you will have a safe spot. Further, you will have the farm spot
Get the quest from adept then run to safe spot. From here, ennemies will passed by out of aggro range, wait for them to regroup near adept.
Prepare farm[edit]
From safe spot, head to farming spot. This is actually a gate, opened when quest started. You have a small invisible wall that you can use to body block ennemies. Pass through the door, stick to the left side, and turn around. Here's your farm spot. This spot could be hard to find, ennemies will easily kill you if not correctly set.
Activate Dwarven Stability and Shadow of Haste, then move toward ennemies. Once you reach them, immediatly turn around to farm spot. Once you are close to the gate, stop and activate Dash: you will shadow step to farm spot. Ennemies are regrouping in front of you but (should) not reach you.
Farm[edit]
Do NOT move during the farm! Activate Channeling (and maintain it), cast quickly the 2 Wastrel skills + CoP on all foes you can until death.
Beware, when the group from your path died, another group will appear BEHIND you. If there is still ennemies in front of you, you'll probably die (and loose all loot on the floor). If path is clear in the pit, quickly cast Shadow of Haste (Dwarven Stability not needed) and rush to safe spot while new group is heading to adept. Dash to return to farm spot, where you can prepare another farm for this new wave. You can get any item on the floor while you can do it quietly. You can repeat until you aggro Stygian Fiend (ranger), that would probably kill you.
For Stygian Golem, you'll need to have some regen like Shadow Sanctuary.
