Farming Ministerial commendations. During Wind of Change NM campaign, require A Chance Encounter quest (18th on 35, first quest of Act 2). To repeat this farm, you must NOT validate this quest.
Build[edit]
Build is based on Hundred Blades and Whirlwind Attack for damage, you'll need to be a Warrior (at least second prof). The other prof is dedicated to healing skills.

Description[edit]
First fight[edit]
Prepare a group of 7 heroes that can handle a fight by their own (avoid minions master that can block later foes' path). See Herald of Purity to start the quest. While NPC are talking, spread your team on the podium's side.
Ministry of Purity will turn hostile, let your heroes fight and protect Miku (she must survive). When this first group is defeated, Miku will flee. Let your heroes here and follow her. When your path should split, go down to the same stairs and stop after a few steps to a glitch spot.
Farm[edit]
On the glitch spot, wait for foes to regroup in front of you. Some will just pass through but you will bodyblock the others.
Maintain your healing skills. Use the 2 first skills to build up your adrenaline. Then, you can spike with ward, Hundred Blades and Whirlwind Attack. If you cannot finish the last foes, you can move to let them running down the stairs. Collect loot and resign.
Equipment/Items required[edit]
- Sundering sword Of Defense (or Of Enchanting if you are using an enchantment), with "I Have the Power!" inscription for energy.
- Shield Of Fortitude with "Sleep Now in the Fire" inscription
