There was an instance when I think I fought 2 groups of Inferno Imps together, otherwise it means a single but large mob, it pose some difficulty and made me flag both Goren and Pyre ahead so that they would tank and ball for the rest to spike. The Bog Skale Blighters with Spiteful Spirit made me stop attacking to reduce pressure from my healers while heroes kept eating punishment.
