Zelbahn Garrison sits in the south-east corner of Arkjok Ward, and is controlled by the Kournan military. This fortress is filled with their troops, as the fortress is on the road to Gandara. The quest The Great Escape takes you here to rescue Koss as well as some other captured Sunspears.
