Avarr the Fallen is a Norn boss that appears in Jaga Moraine. He is one of the bosses to be killed for the quest Anything You Can Do. When you approach him he will summon a number of Bone Fiends.

• It is possible to see off the edge of the world from where Avarr spawns.
• The Bone Fiends he summons are not minions, thus he can't use Taste of Death on them and his Dark Bond won't work either. Also, Verata's Aura and Verata's Gaze cannot gain control of these creatures.
• Though he is a Norn, he does not use Bear Form, it's possible that he has angered the Norn spirits like Jora and her brother.
