Lady Althea is a Mesmer and quest giver in Pre-Searing Ascalon. She can be found next to her Actors Stage in Lakeside County. She is the daughter of Duke Barradin, and is romantically involved with Prince Rurik. After The Searing, she is captured by the Charr and sacrificed to the Titan 'flame gods' in the Flame Temple Corridor. This sets the scene for the quest Althea's Ashes.

- Per random dialogue from Gwen, Lady Althea's father is a Duke. Later, Duke Barradin sends you out to find out what happened to his daughter in The Duke's Daughter, which turns out to be Lady Althea.
