The Reaper of the Bone Pits is one of the Reapers of the Underworld, servants of Grenth who have been imprisoned by the Terrorweb Dryders. To summon the Reaper of the Bone Pits you need to kill the Terrorweb Dryders around Grenth's monument in the Bone Pits.

"Deep inside the Bone Pits, a magical essence takes hold of the rancid flesh and broken skeletons of those who have traveled through here without success, lifting them once again into a sort of in-between life. They are neither alive nor dead, merely animated piles of human refuse, shambling abominations of what they once were."

• Like the other Reapers of the Underworld, if the Reaper of the Bone Pits dies, you will be removed from the Underworld.
• The Reaper of the Bone Pits can teleport players to the other Reapers after they have been freed (see Restoring Grenth's Monuments).
