- It's important to note that your health must be lower than your enemies to inflict Deep Wound, thus you don't want to be using many Runes of Vigor/Vitae or weapons of Fortitude. Maxing your armor bonus won't affect the Deep Wound and gives you comparable survivability.
- Rangers and Paragons can use this as an attack to seriously weaken an enemy for very little cost.
