There will be no more tournaments due to player inactivity. You can use the draft program I made to generate the packs if you wish. It is written in java. The source code can be found here.

Characters using skills requiring lead attacks, offhand attacks, or dual attacks on their bar can use the following skills:

• Desperate Strike
• Lotus Strike
• Vampiric Assault

Characters using pet attacks can use the following skills:

• Charm Animal
• Comfort Animal

In addition to the skill cards they receive, each player may equip one common skill of his or her choice.

Each character gets a pack of 3 rare (rank 1) skills, 7 uncommon (rank 2) skills, and 10 common (rank 3) skills. The list of skills and their rarities are on the following pages:
