- If the shadow step fails (i.e. if the target is in an inaccessible location), the target still suffers the movement speed hex.
- If the hex fails (i.e. the target is under the effects of Hex Breaker), you still shadow step to the target.
- This skill has a ¾ second aftercast delay.
