“Oola, a reclusive Asura whose magical skills and achievements have made her a nearly legendary figure, once resided at the bottom of a labyrinthine system of caverns. Disdaining polite society, she sequestered herself in a hidden laboratory to continue her work in peace and quiet. When her fellow Asura needed her expertise in the battle against the Destroyers, Oola rejoined them. With no one left to maintain the golems that once guarded the lab, her creations went berserk. The only way to restore order was by tracking down the TPS regulator, the ultimate source of these major malfunctions.

[edit] Notes
- 500 Asuran reputation points are awarded for completing this dungeon for the first time in normal mode, and 250 points are awarded for subsequent completions. 750 Asuran reputation points are awarded for completing this dungeon in hard mode for the first time, and 375 points are awarded for subsequent completions.
- The Area Map incorrectly shows the location of the Dungeon Key on the first level. The Dungeon Key is actually dropped by Xien, and you can only kill him at the end of the first level.
- Xien will not spawn without the required quest (Little Workshop of Horrors - obtained from Blimm in Rata Sum), thus preventing access to level 2.
- Insects and golems fight against each other if they meet.
- Golems do not leave an exploitable corpse so it would be ill-advised to bring a minion master.
The maps (levels 1 and 2) are out-dated for the Light of Deldrimor locations. It is advised to activate that skill in every room and passage to obtain the most Dwarven Ghost allies and Hidden Treasures.
On the first level, it is possible that the gate leading to the middle area may not open. So you'll have to resign and restart.
On the second level, the Dwarven Ghost acquired from the first shrine will attack and kill fire traps. You can deal AoE damage to the fire traps after the Dwarven Ghost has begun attacking them.
On the third level, just as you enter, if you use the Light of Deldrimor skill on the spot where the hidden chest usually spawns, it may not spawn but say that it was found.
[edit] Trivia
- On the second level, there are several scaled down replicas of The Iron Forgeman in various states of assembly (see pic on the right).
- The Total Protection Systems Regulator Golem, or TPS regulator golem, may be a reference to the movie Office Space's TPS reports.
- The quest's name is a reference to the 1960 movie The Little Shop of Horrors.
